This is a vintage Halloween costume dated 1979 Can't Stop Productions.  Depicts band, Village People.  Produced by Collegeville Costumes.  A terrific item for the disco/music collector.
Tagged a size Child's Medium (8-10).
Condition is probably VG+ to VG++ (very good + to very good ++).  There are no holes or tears.  There are brownish spots on the legs as shown in photo.  Uncertain if this is due to aging, or if something splashed on it at one time.  The back fabric has normal color aging.  Any questions as to condition, write and I'll try to answer specifics.
