Vintage 1964 Belgium Village Replica Paper Cutout Kit H-O Scale Layout

Wonderful vintage paper cutout kit to construct a Picturesque Belgium Village.  Set is labeled "Copyright Village Productions Inc., N. Y.  1964.  Outer packaging says "scaled for H-O Layouts."  Included are 4 color printed sheets with cut out scored buildings to fold and glue. There is also a cobblestone street plan paper sheet to assemble the village on.  Condition is pre-owned and the packaging was slit at one end when purchased.  I removed the contents to photograph and ensure that set was complete and unused.   Some of the scored areas are unattached but no building is completely loose.  There are also some corner bends and small tears on the large sheets, but I notice no damage beyond a minor warp on the corner paper of two of the buildings.  The street layout is not bent or damaged and the only fold is the original fold as can be seen in the last photo.  The colors are bright and detail is wonderful.  Mine is a non-smoking home, I can not guarantee its prior residence but I detect no odors.  Enlarge and look at all photos for more details on condition and design.  Please contact if additional information or photos are needed.
